52 weeks in a year
5 working days in a week
52 x 5 = 260 working days in a year
I actually started midway 2004, but for the purpose of round numbers, calculating from 2005 to present years completed makes 7 years.
260 days x 7 years = 1,820 days
That is a very conservative number.
Yes, I had 3 months off that first year for surgery. Yes, I have had a week or two or three off on occasion. Yes, now I do 2 hours back to back two days a week (count that as four times in my head, same as one hour on four days, but I need back to back to get the level up high enough for me). I think the non counted days from 2004 and all the times I did many hours on the same day, or exercised on the weekends, makes it all average out to at least 5 'times' a week.
What am I talking about?
Number of times I have had intentional exercise since I started my process.

Wow that shows commitment and how much engraved and part of you it has become. Best wishes for many many healthy days to come :)
Congratulations on this wonderful accomplishment. You have really gone the distance, and your weight and excellent nutrition make it obvious that this approach has worked well for you.
what a great number!! For some that number might make them tired..for me it energizes me, gives me motivation to reach my own numbers!
I must admit, the thought of taking 2-3 weeks off would scare me at this point. I'm almost as afraid to NOT workout as I would be to over eat :/
(have laptop now..feels good to be bloggin again!)
the number didn't make me tired. It felt like a foundation. Much like the post number 3000 did.
the weeks off were never my choice. but I have said before, that 3 mos off, early in my process (2005 sinus surgery) sort of made me what I am. I HAD to REALLY watch my food for those 3 mos (over the holidays no less)and it sort of set the foundation of me that carries through to today. Food is 99.9% of it, in my opinion, for most of us.
