In the process of logging John Grisham’s books on Goodreads, utilizing the “Book Series In Order” website which I love, I discovered I had missed one Grisham book, Camino Ghosts.
I listened to it this week, via Libby.
It was most excellent. Read by Whoopi Goldberg which was great, this is a black history/family story. In the audio version, John Grisham himself introduces Whoopi and says she was perfect, she was, her voice/personality adds so much to the story.
The Camino Island books (below) are a series and most definitely need to all be read and read in order. They are a little unique in the Grisham collection. They are still legal based, but are more character/novel/story oriented, in my opinion.
