My one problem at the quilt retreat in March was the foot pedal on my extra sewing machine. It is awkward. I had to sort of hold my foot up in the air to use it. The foot pedal also slid all over the floor.
My husband built me a wooden stand.
My heel rests comfortably on the 2x4 in the back.
Middle glued a non skid rug pad on the bottom.
I now attend a guild sewing bee group one Saturday each month.
I went the first time last weekend.
My wooden, foot rest, bracket worked great.
